The 4th FENet Technology Workshops were held at the Hotel HCC Montblanc in the city center of Barcelona, Spain.

The workshops were attended by 76 persons - again, most of them FENet members. The workshops started with a plenary morning session on "Quality Assurance in Finite Element Analysis“ (Education & Dissemination - E & D) followed by industry-based discussions in smaller groups. In the afternoon there were three parallel sessions on DLE, MP and PSO. Starting equally in the morning session of the second day. Again there was a plenary session in the afternoon with summary reports and discussions from each Workshop Chairman. More than 20 presentation were given supplemented by discussions and summaries in the plenary sessions.
